Announcement of Incentive Policy and Preferential Retail Prices of VinFast Cars for VinFast Global Community Members
On January 17, 2023, VinFast Global Community would like to announce the policy of awarding points when referring new customers to buy a VinFast car or buy a second VinFast car, exclusively for Community Members.
1. The New Customer Referral Incentive Policy
In gratitude for the support and trust of customers for VinFast's automotive products, all members of the VinFast Global Community will enjoy the policy of accumulating points when buying a second VinFast electric car or later or introduce new customers to buy VF e34, VF 5 Plus, VF 8, VF 9 cars with the following details:
Subjects of application:
- All members of VinFast Global Community.
Referral rate for each car model:

Conditions of application:
- Every member of the VinFast Global Community will receive a referral award when referring other customers to purchase a car that meets the Policy’s conditions.
- The referred customer has never owned a VinFast vehicle before.
- The referred customer is not on the Sales Consultant's care list at any VinFast Showroom/Retailer.
- All members who are car owners are entitled to the policy of accumulating points when buying the second VinFast electric car onwards, only applicable to vehicles registered by the owner.
- New deposit and car purchase orders from January 17, 2023.
- Not apply for the case where the Referee or the member transfers the reservation agreement from another customer who has signed the VinFast car reservation agreement
- Bonus points program only applies to reservation and buy cars at VinFast Showroom, not apply for Distributors/Authorized Dealers.
2. Preferential Retail Prices of electric scooters for Owner members
The program of preferential prices for electric motorbikes is exclusively for members of car owners of the VinFast Global Community with the following details:
Subjects of application:
- Owners, VIP and VVIP members.
VinFast E-scooters preferential retail prices:

Conditions of application:
- The program applies to Car Owner Members of the Global VinFast Community.
- Community members enjoy preferential prices from October 7, 2022
- Car Owner members need to complete the payment procedures according to VinFast's process in order to apply the preferential car price.
- Not apply for the case where the Referee or the member transfers the reservation agreement from another customer who has signed the VinFast car reservation agreement
